Twelve month term commitment is required with all Total Web packages. Year two is month to month pricing. Set-up fees cannot be waived. Customers upgrading Total Web packages after six months will not incur an additional set-up fee. Domain registration is a separate price. *A Standard Response Form includes 25 fields. Response Forms are optional with Total Web and are included as one of the pages to the package.
